We provide neighborhood homeowners with the education, legal toolkits, and title-clearing resources needed to navigate estate planning, clear property succession, and protect generational wealth. We don’t just preserve houses; we preserve the families who make them homes. 

True revitalization doesn’t require a bulldozer; it requires imagination. Our Neighborhood Urban Redevelopment (NURD) framework focuses on the adaptive reuse of existing historic landmarks to drive localized economic growth, tourism, and community pride. By transforming underutilized spaces into vibrant community hubs, we honor our history while generating new opportunities for local entrepreneurs and residents.
