The community benefits agreement (CBA) training seeks to help participants learn the basics of CBAs, develop a shared language for communicating community concerns, and engage in dialogue around lessons learned from other similar CBA processes. While sharing their own experiences and knowledge, participants also build relationships with other key stakeholders and set the stage for future collaboration and negotiations.

Become more knowledgeable about the restoration and protection of water, air, and natural resources. This includes working with communities to identify green infrastructure opportunities, increase green space in highly urbanized communities, and increase environmental biodiversity.

Technical Assistance to respond to the risk of loss of the authentic place-based identity of places in jeopardy of losing context sensitive historic character. Develop branding and historic guiding principles for preservation and the opportunity for historic preservation as a key component in future development and redevelopment plans.
