Neighborhood Revitalization Youth Consortium (NRYC)

Future Scapes recognizes a widening gap in exposing urban and rural youth to community and neighborhood revitalization. NRYC is recruiting High School and College Freshman and Sophomores that have a curiosity about the real estate industry and want to be involved with community revitalization.

Neighborhood Urban Redevelopment (NURD) 

Neighborhood Redevelopment needs more innovative urban developments, intergenerational housing, new thinking on placing vacant or underutilized properties back into productive use, and novel development techniques. Future Scapes Inc will assist inexperienced Developers on how to place vacant or underutilized properties back into productive use, with traditional and novel development techniques.
